Sanna Gibbs is a Swedish lyric coloratura soprano and actress whose artistry is distinguished by brilliance, versatility, and dramatic presence. She made her debut at the historic Confidencen Palace Theatre prior to commencing her opera studies at the Stockholm University of the Arts, marking the outset of a rapidly ascending career. Since then, she has appeared as a sought-after soloist on Sweden’s leading opera stages and in prestigious concert venues.

Her operatic repertoire includes roles such as Konstanze in Die Entführung aus dem Serail, Lucy in the world premiere of Dracula at the Royal Swedish Opera, and Fiordiligi in Così fan tutte at Folkoperan in Stockholm.
Originally trained in musical theatre, Sanna brings a rare fusion of vocal virtuosity and compelling stagecraft to her performances. Her background culminated in her acclaimed portrayal of Maria in West Side Story at Stockholm City Theatre, revealing both lyrical warmth and dramatic intensity.

Her passion for storytelling extends beyond opera to film, television, and spoken theatre. She portrayed Katarina Cavalieri in Amadeus at Stockholm City Theatre and maintains an ongoing artistic collaboration with visual artist Salad Hilowle.
